Missing The Key Ingredient

Author: Duffy Rogan

I think a lot of people are missing the key ingredient of having a hugely successful network marketing business. I'll tell you what it is in a bit.

First you have to decide if you're you doing this as a hobby or as a business?

If its a hobby, then just buy the products for yourself and for family and friends.

If it's a business, then treat it like a business and build it like a business.

No business was built over night, I dont care what anyone has told you if they say they did it in a month its B.S.

No network marketing business has ever been built by one person. It takes teamwork and it takes people from all walks of life bringing their level of experience. This can take hundreds or even thousands of people working towards one goal.

If you think your going to do this business by yourself, do yourself a favor and get out now and stop wasting your time. You will NEVER do it on your own, period!!

To build a big and profitable business you need a great product or service, without one youre not going to sustain any success.

How to build your business.

Ok first, I know most people want to make money in their first week of being in business and that is certainly possible with most companies. But for long term growth and a long-term residual income you need to.

BUILD RELATIONSHIPS!!

Every single company that is not people and relationship driven, and I dont care how fantastic their products or services are and how fantastic the company is being managed. They have either gone broke or are struggling to keep their heads above water.

But every company that is based on building relationships, no matter how inferior the product or services are or how lousy the management team is, without fail they usually succeed.

Obviously companies with lousy products and or services will fail, but so will companies with good products and stress that old stupid mantra (its a lie too) Recruit, recruit, recruit. These companies will never see their true potential.

Hmmmmm. What does that tell you?

Build relationships with people; take the time to understand people. Some people will want to start with you right away and others may take a day, a week, a month or even a year to join your company. SO WHAT!!

Why would you want to pressure or beat someone into submission to get into your company? You'll just have to pressure and beat them into staying, no thanks, not for me.

Everyone in my business is here because they want to be here, because the time was right for them, not for me. They raised their hand and said Duffy Im ready.

And why did they say that to me?

Because I took the time to build a relationship with them. I took the time to understand them, understand their goals and dreams. And I never have an agenda, if they joined me great if they didn't great, what works for them works for me.

I see so many people desperately hanging onto that one prospect hoping they will join their company. Let them go.

When a person expresses a challenge and then you ask them:

"Would you like to do something about that?"

If they say "Yes". That person just raised their hand to you and given you permission to provide them with info.

If they say "No"... forget about them, move on they don't want any help.

Doing this will save you wasting a TON of time.

You only want people that raise their hand to you and say, Tell me more or Im ready.

The biggest successes in network marketing are built on relationships, with companies that have good products and good management.

Until next time.
